Hardware Design
We used an 18 by 18 inch mecanum drivetrain allowing us to move around the field with ease. We have 4 subsystems: a surgical tubing continuous intake, a continuous pulley belt transition, a single flywheel shooter, and a dual servo powered wobble goal arm. Software Design We used a color channel based vision algorithm to detect the rings and determine the stack size by the amount orange in the frame. We have many driver enhancements including controlling the wobble goal, efficiently intaking and shooting 3 rings, and aligning to shoot accurately. Season Results We advanced to states and placed 15th out of 80 teams! |
